Meet Daisy.






For over 10 years, Daisy Guy has been supporting people on their journeys of personal growth, healing and recovery.
Her unique approach to individual recovery and wellbeing has enabled her to share breathwork, yoga, meditation and sound work to a diverse range of people; from rehabs to corporate businesses, health centres and hospitals to yoga studios and retreat spaces.
​
Driven by a desire to find greater personal freedom, connection and a commitment to creating joy and hope as a means to move through adversity, Daisy has travelled continents and
studied extensively. She is incredibly grateful to have learnt from some brilliant teachers, mentors and guides who have walked the path with her.
From the moment Daisy was introduced to Breathwork, she knew she had discovered something that would change the path of her life, and many others

Daisy works in mental health as part of a team led by Occupational Therapists and other professionals and is an accredited member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, Health and Wellness Coaches, IBF, GBPA, BWY, UKCMM and The British Psychological Society.

Conscious Connected and Integrative Breathwork
It all begins with a breath.
Breathwork is an active meditation, in which we use the breath along with music to help the mind release and connect to the body.
​
By changing your breathing pattern, it's possible to change your mental, emotional and physical state. As you take deep circular connected breaths continuously and without breaks, you enter a self-induced trance state (a non-ordinary state of consciousness) where memories, pictures, emotions or body sensations can surface to be reviewed, released and integrated.

Whether you seek stress relief, emotional healing, physical rejuvenation, altered states of consciousness, energy boosting or a deeper spiritual connection, breath and energy work offers a gateway to help you access the experience you need.
