Service Description
Sessions offer an exploratory space with a healthy dose of some fundamental spiritual principles that will lay the foundations for growth and success. Willingness to listen with open heart and mind to the data your body has stored, and what to do with it. Bring your visions, dreams, emotions and desires. Bring all of you, fears, old unhelpful narratives, history - whatever's not working for you anymore. In each session, there's an opportunity to explore and integrate using breathwork, mantra, somatic practises and more.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible so the space can be made available for someone else. Missed sessions will be charged at the full rate as the time. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled without charge, or refunded. Any cancellations made between 24-72 hours will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made after within the 24-hour period will be charged the full session fee. This is due to the limited availability of sessions and the time that has been committed to you. I appreciate that life happens, sometimes it's simply not possible so please let me know if you are experiencing difficulty which means you need to reschedule and I will do my best to offer an alternative.
